WORLD INTERACT WEEK's TIMETABLE
Date: 7 November Time: 9a.m to 4.30p.m (*all interactorz are welcome) 9am to 4pm Photo exhibition of project undertaken with ushers/guides 11am to 2pm Chocolate sales
2pm Welcome guests from Rotary eClub and Interact Clubs and walk them through the exhibition 3pm Move guests to Lecture Theater for Welcome Speech (Vin/Priya/Shahri) & Career talks 4.30pm Tea reception outside LT
*Directors - please call your members to inform them. Members are to submit their names to their directors. People not on the list are not welcome (Fix numbers needed). Please give Mr William your lists by Monday 3 Nov evening.
